Pennsylvania’s committee passing that legalization bill is certainly a major regulatory shift. But honestly, I always watch these moments with a bit of a weathered eye. History shows us that when legislation hits the scale button, the focus shifts rapidly from coaxing the best out of the soil to maximizing quarterly yields. The real question for the craft community isn't *if* the market will change, but *how* we protect those nuanced, old-school genetics and true cultivation integrity when standardization becomes the commercial goal. We need to debate if the new tax structure incentivizes quality or just sheer tonnage.
