We often conflate 'vigor' with 'verticality,' but the most efficient solar array is a flat sheet, not a cone. Stop growing trees; start growing landscapes. The Serpentine method is a niche facet of LST suited for the patience of a micro-grow master. Instead of a radial spread, you guide the main apical meristem in a continuous, tight S-curve parallel to the substrate to trick the plant's auxin transport system into a permanent state of redistribution. By mechanically keeping the dominant tip horizontally level with the lowest axillary nodes, you force the plant to treat every lateral branch as a primary cola without the systemic shock of topping. It requires 'soft' hands to bend the stem before it lignifies, predicting the shape days in advance.
