We've all walked that tightrope where the cost of electricity feels like it's eating the harvest whole. Now, with utility costs soaring and regulators demanding a lower carbon footprint—as this discussion on striking a balance between sustainability and profit highlights—the shift toward high-tech LED and sophisticated HVAC is non-negotiable for commercial success. But I want to throw down a challenge to the engineers and the bean counters: When you chase peak energy efficiency, where does final quality fall on the priority list? I've seen amazing results from modern LEDs, but many old hands still chase that unique terpene profile often associated with high-intensity discharge.
