Woke up to a bone-dry 35% RH and knew the clock was ticking. Forget the manicured wet trim; that’s a one-way ticket to hay-town in those conditions. I grabbed the loppers and took the whole trees down at the base—fan leaves and all. Hanging them upside down like sticky stalactites looks chaotic, but that foliage acts like a humidity jacket, slowing the moisture loss just enough to save the terpene profile. It’s not pretty, but it’s the difference between loud gas and cut grass. Sometimes the 'lazy' way is actually the only way to survive the cure.
